"Very smooth driver, arrived a few mins early and was very well prepared. Plenty of room in the car, pretty faultless drive!
Only downside is that I was only notified about the incremental airport drop-off charge approx. 15 hours before pickup - it would be better to inform upon booking to a Heathrow Terminal or include in the upfront price "
