"Firstly it was cancelled on the day and so I had to book again. We were charged £20 extra overall, £10 extra online because we couldn’t be provided with a mini bus they had to send two cars, which wasn’t our fault you didn’t have the vehicle we booked, and another £10 when we arrived home, which we weren’t given a reason as to why, they were very rude. "
